Patricia L. Steed holds a Ph.D. in English from Texas Woman's University and has been writing for the web for 10 years. In addition to her duties as Professor of English, she also serves as webmaster for the English Department at Northwestern Oklahoma State University and for the Alva, Oklahoma American Association of University Women.
