WEATHERBUG:
I WOULDN'T BE "CAUGHT DEAD" WITHOUT IT

Oklahomans live in a potentially dangerous area known as "tornado alley."  We have two tornado seasons, one in the fall and another in the early spring.  May through June is particularly active.  What if you are on the computer while your radio and television are off?  What if you are too busy to look away from your computer and check the sky outside your window?  How will you get a storm warning?  With Weatherbug, you don't have to worry, as long as that program is loaded and launched on your computer while you are online.  You will hear a "chirping" sound on your computer that will signal a storm alert if there is a potential weather threat in your area!

Here's where to get it:

"Remember Oklahoma City"
And thanks, Weatherbug, for your compassion and concern.

Here's a screen shot below of the Weatherbug window for my tornado "alley"
in Alva, Oklahoma.  If I want to see see weather alerts nationwide, I just click on "Alerts" to the far right.  Then I will see an entire map of the U.S. that shows all current weather alerts. The "InstaCam" is also wonderful--I can see Tulsa day or night (better at night).  The "Radar" map of the local, regional, and national area is good too, and you get to see what direction the storm is MOVING.  It's like having a weather station on my own PC!  I love it, and so will you.
